Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) 100g

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) 100g

Thyme (Thymus serpyllum) 100g

Elecampane (Inula helenium) 100g

Horehound (Marrubium vulgare) 100g

Mountain germander (Teucrium montanum) 20g

Gentian (Gentiana lutea) 10g

Teucrium chamaedrys (Teucrium chamaedrys) 10g

Sweet Flag (Acorus calamus) 10g

Put plants in a clean, dry jar or bottle. Pour a liter of strong fruit brandy. Seal it right and leave it in a dark and cold place for 12 days with frequent shaking. Strain and drink one glass before meals.
